Founder Messages
I am Sujit Sethia, an entrepreneur, interior designer, and construction professional with over 10 years of experience in the fields of interior design, interior solutions, and civil construction. As the Director & Founder of Space Studios, established in 2016, I have been dedicated to creating innovative and functional spaces that combine aesthetics, comfort, and practicality.
I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and have also completed a professional Interior Designing course from NIID, Assam. My journey in design and construction has helped me develop a strong understanding of both creative vision and project execution.
In addition, I am a Partner at SVS Infratech, where I bring more than a decade of expertise in civil construction and infrastructure development. This experience has strengthened my ability to deliver quality-driven projects with precision, professionalism, and long-term value.
With the launch of VERTIAS PROPERTIES, my vision is to create spaces and properties that reflect trust, quality, innovation, and modern living standards. I believe every project is more than just a structure — it is a foundation for better lifestyles and lasting relationships.
